What is Red Light Therapy?

Before we dive into the health benefits and uses, lets first talk about what red light therapy is. Red light therapy is a light therapy that may help skin, muscle tissue, and other parts of your body heal. It exposes you to low levels of red or near infrared light and can penetrates deep into the skin, repairing at a cellular level.  This boost to the mitochondria enables the cells and tissues to do a better job of self-repair and rejuvenation.
