Protein Cheesecake Dip

One thing I struggle with is hitting my daily protein goals so I am always looking for ways to sneak some protein in. This dip is seriously one of my favorite snacks. Plus you only need 3 ingredients to make!! One of the ingredients is cottage cheese but TRUST me this dip tastes like cheesecake heaven!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup full fat cottage cheese
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder or 1 packet vanilla jello mix
  • ½ cup water

Equipment

  • high speed blender

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend at a high speed until all the clumps are gone.
  • Put in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes!! Then dip allll the strawberries, or eat it by the spoonful like me!
