No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Bites

I’m a big protein bar person and recently I’ve been loving making my own! The best part about making your own is that you know everything that’s going into them & you can save some money so its a win win! These are made with only 5 ingredients—all of which you probably already have in your pantry.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup drippy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 12 mini twist pretzels, i used gluten free
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Add peanut butter and maple syrup to a small pot on a low heat and stir until combined.
  • Stir in rolled oats and protein powder. Press into a lined muffin tin.
  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil together. Then spoon on top of oat mixture. Place pretzel twist on top of chocolate.
  • Place in the freezer to set for 30 minutes.
