Sausage & Rosemary Veggie Sheet Pan
We have sheet pans twice a week, most weeks. They are so easy, healthy and allows you to use up any veggies you have laying around — which means less food waste. These roasted veggies are packed with flavor from the rosemary and minced garlic and loaded with nutrients.
Ingredients
- 1 package chicken sausage, sliced
- 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 bunch asparagus, cut into pieces
- 1 lb red potatoes, cubes
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- dash salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- While the oven is preheating, season the potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper. Put in air fryer for 15 minutes at 375.3. While the potatoes are cooking, season carrots and broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper and minced garlic. Spread them on a greased sheet pan and put them in the oven.
- When the potatoes are done, shake them up and then put them back in for another 15 minutes at 400.
- Cut up the sausage and asparagus and season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add to sheet pan and cook until the potatoes are done.
- When everything is done, add potatoes to sheet pan and mix everything together. Top with fresh Rosemary!
