Spicy Tahini Lime Salmon Bowls

Spicy Tahini Lime Bowls
These spicy tahini lime salmon bowls are the perfect weeknight dinner. They are packed with flavor, full of omega-3 fatty acids and ready in less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets
- 1 red bell peppers
- 1 head of cauliflower, riced
- ½ cup tahini
- 2 cobs corn, cut off the cob
Spicy Tahini Sauce
- ¼ cup water
- 1-2 tbsp hot sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ lime, juice
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Season salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in air fryer for 8 minutes at 400.
- While the salmon is cooking, heat a skillet with olive oil. Add in bell peppers and cauliflower rice. Cook for about 5-7 minutes.
- While the veggies are cooking, make your sauce! Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Assemble bowls, squeeze the other half of the lime over the bowl then drizzle with spicy tahini sauce!
