Spicy Tahini Lime Bowls

These spicy tahini lime salmon bowls are the perfect weeknight dinner. They are packed with flavor, full of omega-3 fatty acids and ready in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

red bell peppers

head of cauliflower

riced

cup
tahini
▢

cobs
corn, cut off the cob
Spicy Tahini Sauce
▢
¼
cup
water
▢
1-2
tbsp
hot sauce
▢

tsp
garlic powder
▢

lime, juice
▢

salt
Instructions
Season salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in air fryer for 8 minutes at 400.
While the salmon is cooking, heat a skillet with olive oil. Add in bell peppers and cauliflower rice. Cook for about 5-7 minutes.
While the veggies are cooking, make your sauce! Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined.
Assemble bowls, squeeze the other half of the lime over the bowl then drizzle with spicy tahini sauce!
