Grain Free Oatmeal

Grain Free Oatmeal
The warm coziness of a bowl of oats, without the actual oats! These are gluten, grain free and will keep your blood sugar balanced.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups nut milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, my favorite is Be Well By Kelly
Toppings
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- handful blueberries
Instructions
- In a medium Ceramic nonstick fry pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp. of ghee, 1 cup of coconut milk, chia seed, hemp hearts and flax meal.
- With a silicon spatula or wooden spoon, continuously stir all ingredients until pudding is thick about, 3 minutes.
- Add more liquid if needed and continue stirring. Add in protein powder. Stir until combined.
- Pour into a bowl and top with nut butter, blueberries and bee pollen.
