Sweet & Salty No Bake Protein Bites

These chocolate covered pretzel no bake protein bites are SO good. They are perfect amount of sweet and salty and all you need is 6 ingredients.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 cup drippy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 12 mini twist pretzels
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Add peanut butter and maple syrup to a small pot on a low heat. Stir until combined.
  • Stir in rolled oats and protein powder.
  • Press into a lined muffin tin.
  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil together. Then spoon on top of oat mixture.
  • Place pretzel twist on top of chocolate.
  • Place in the freezer to set.
