Sweet & Salty No Bake Protein Bites
These chocolate covered pretzel no bake protein bites are SO good. They are perfect amount of sweet and salty and all you need is 6 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 cup drippy peanut butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 12 mini twist pretzels
- ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Add peanut butter and maple syrup to a small pot on a low heat. Stir until combined.
- Stir in rolled oats and protein powder.
- Press into a lined muffin tin.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil together. Then spoon on top of oat mixture.
- Place pretzel twist on top of chocolate.
- Place in the freezer to set.
