Chocolate Covered Strawberry Overnight “Oats”

These chocolate strawberry overnight no oats are made with @LifewayKefir strawberry kefir instead of milk which makes them extra creamy and gives a boost of probiotics! Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup @Lifewaykefir strawberry kefir
Instructions
- Add hemp, chia and flaxseeds to jar and shake well. Next add the rest of the ingredients, pour in the Lifeway Kefir last and shake again until fully mixed.
- Place in refrigerator and let sit overnight. (You can also eat it after 2-3 hours but the longer you wait the creamier it is.)

Amazing! These “no oats” had great flavor and texture. I was skeptical this would have the more gelatinous texture of hydrated chia seeds, but it was far from that. You would never know these are not oats. This recipe is packed with protein too! Great for on the go!
