Turkey Lettuce Wraps

These turkey lettuce wraps are the perfect easy lunch. All you need is 15 minutes and a skillet

Ingredients
 

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 head bibb lettuce

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet heat a tbsp avocado oil. Add in ground turkey, break up and let cook until browned.
  • Add in onion, garlic, mushroom and bell peppers. Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until tender.
  • Next add in rice vinegar, sesame oil, and coconut aminos and cook for another minute.
  • Serve warm in lettuce wraps and top with sriracha.
