Turkey Lettuce Wraps
These turkey lettuce wraps are the perfect easy lunch. All you need is 15 minutes and a skillet
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 4 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1.5 tsp sesame oil
- 1 head bibb lettuce
Instructions
- In a skillet heat a tbsp avocado oil. Add in ground turkey, break up and let cook until browned.
- Add in onion, garlic, mushroom and bell peppers. Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until tender.
- Next add in rice vinegar, sesame oil, and coconut aminos and cook for another minute.
- Serve warm in lettuce wraps and top with sriracha.
