Turkey Lettuce Wraps

These turkey lettuce wraps are the perfect easy lunch. All you need is 15 minutes and a skillet

Ingredients

ground turkey
▢

cup
mushrooms
,
chopped
▢
½
red onion
,
chopped
▢

bell pepper
,
chopped
▢
1
tbsp
garlic
,
minced
▢
1
tbsp
fresh ginger
,
minced
▢
4
tbsp
coconut aminos
▢
1
tbsp
rice vinegar
▢
1.5
tsp
sesame oil
▢

bibb lettuce
Instructions
In a skillet heat a tbsp avocado oil. Add in ground turkey, break up and let cook until browned.
Add in onion, garlic, mushroom and bell peppers. Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until tender.
Next add in rice vinegar, sesame oil, and coconut aminos and cook for another minute.
Serve warm in lettuce wraps and top with sriracha.
