Chocolate Covered Strawberry Overnight “Oats”

It’s almost valentines day which means all things chocolate? These chocolate strawberry overnight no oats are made with @LifewayKefir strawberry kefir instead of milk which makes them extra creamy and gives a boost of probiotics! Lifeway Kefir has so many incredible benefits from supporting gut health, aiding in digestion, boosting immunity making it the perfect addition to your morning!

Ingredients
 

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup @Lifewaykefir strawberry kefir

Instructions
 

  • Add hemp, chia and flaxseeds to jar and shake well. Next add the rest of the ingredients, pour in the Lifeway Kefir last and shake again until fully mixed. 
  • Place in refrigerator and let sit overnight. (You can also eat it after 2-3 hours but the longer you wait the creamier it is.)
