Grain Free Oatmeal

The warm coziness of a bowl of oats, without the actual oats! These are gluten, grain free and will keep your blood sugar balanced.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 cups nut milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, my favorite is Be Well By Kelly

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • handful blueberries

Instructions
 

  • In a medium Ceramic nonstick fry pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp. of ghee, 1 cup of coconut milk, chia seed, hemp hearts and flax meal.
  • With a silicon spatula or wooden spoon, continuously stir all ingredients until pudding is thick about, 3 minutes.
  • Add more liquid if needed and continue stirring. Add in protein powder. Stir until combined.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with nut butter, blueberries and bee pollen.
