It is grilling season and if you know me you know I have a LOVE for burgers & fries. But what I do not love is the mess they make when they are loaded with toppings. That is why these bowls are amazing, you get the the flavor of a burger but with unlimited toppings and no mess!
Cut russet potatoes into fries. Season with olive oil, salt & pepper. Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 375. When the air fryer goes off, shake up the fries and cook for another 10 minutes at 400.
Beef
Add oil to a large stovetop pan and heat to medium. Add ground beef to pan, use a spatula to break it up, add all of the seasoning. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until beef is brown and fully cooked.
Sauce
Add all of the sauce ingredients to a bowl and combine well. Set aside.
Bowls
Once everything is done, assemble the bowls. Start with a layer of butter lettuce, add in French fries, then ground beef, followed by pickles and tomatoes.
