Preheat oven to 425. Season butternut squash with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 40-45 minutes. You want it to be tender.
In a skillet, add a little bit of oil and heat to medium, high heat. Add sausage and cook for about 5-7, breaking up, until browned. Drain grease and set aside.
Add butternut squash, kefir, salt, and paprika to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
In a large bowl, add sauce to pasta and mix until fully coated. Add sausage and fresh sage. Enjoy!
