Chocolate Caramel No Bake Oat Cups

These treats are not only delicious but are no bake, made with a few simple ingredients, and packed with protein!

Ingredients
Base

cup + 2 tbsp
rolled oats

cup
drippy peanut butter

cup
maple syrup
▢

scoop
vanilla protein powder

"Caramel" filling

cup
cashew butter
▢
¼
cup
maple syrup
▢

tbsp
coconut oil
Chocolate topping
▢
¾
cup
dark chocolate chips
▢

tsp
coconut oil
Instructions
Add peanut butter & maple syrup to a small pot on a low heat and stir until combined.
Stir in rolled oats & protein powder. Then press into a lined muffin tin.
In a large bowl mix cashew butter, maple syrup and coconut oil. Once fully combined, spoon "caramel" mixture on top of oat mixture.
Melt chocolate & coconut oil together. Then spoon on top of caramel layer.
Place in freezer for 30 minutes to set.
