Dairy Free Caesar Dressing

This dairy free caesar is a delicious, slightly nutty take on the old classic. All you need are a handful of ingredients and 5 minutes.

Ingredients

cup
tahini
▢

tbsp
dijon mustard
▢

cup
extra virgin olive oil
▢

tbsp
lemon juice
,
juice from 1/2 lemon
▢

tsp
minced garlic
,
2 cloves garlic
▢
½
tbsp
coconut aminos
▢
1
oil packed anchovy
▢
salt and pepper
,
to taste
Equipment
▢
immersion blender
can also use a high speed blender
Instructions
Measure out all the ingredients and place them in a quart-size mason jar, blender cup, or high-sided bowl.
Add in immersion blender and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Enjoy!
Notes
Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Add 2 tbsp nutritional yeast for a more cheesy flavor.
