Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth.
Pour into a jar with a tightly sealed lid. Place in the refrigerator.
Salad
Add kale to a big bowl and drizzle with olive oil, splash of lemon juice (optional), salt and pepper. Massage kale with your hands until it starts to soften. Set aside.
Turn on broiler. On a baking sheet, add brussels and toss with olive oil, salt & pepper. Place on the top rack of the oven for about 3-5 minutes or until they start to slightly crisp (stay close to the oven so you can make sure they don't cook too long and burn).
Add brussels in with massaged kale. Then add in pickled onions, beans, and cranberries.
Lastly, drizzle with green goddess dressing and sprinkle on hemp seeds. Feel free to add in some grilled chicken for extra protein.
