Homemade Paleo Chicken Nuggets

I was craving chicken nuggets and fries the other day and instead of trying to eat something else “healthier†and ignoring my cravings I made some nuggets and fries!

Ingredients

chicken breasts

almond flour
▢

eggs
▢

tsp
paprika
▢

tsp
cayenne
▢

tsp
garlic powder

tsp
sea salt

black pepper
Equipment

air fryer
Instructions
Cut up chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
In a small bowl whisk eggs. In a separate bowl mix bread crumbs and seasoning. Dip chicken into egg mixture then into almond flour mixture.
Put in air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
Dip dip dip. My fav things to dip them in are either ketchup or honey mustard.
