These PB & J overnight oats are an easy and delicious twist on everyones childhood classic! It's loaded with peanut butter, homemade mixed berry jam, and creamy oats. They are packed with protein and fiber to keep our blood sugar balanced and has absolutely no added sugar.
3/4-1cupnut milk, look for one with no more than 3 ingredients
1scoopvanilla protein, I love BeWellByKelly

Instructions
Overnight oats
Add oats to jar followed by chia seeds, hemp seeds, peanut butter and protein powder, add milk last. Stir it all together and put in the refrigerator overnight!
Before eating, swirl chia jam into the oats. Top with another spoonful and drizzle with peanut butter. Enjoy!
