Instructions
Heat oil in a large dutch oven over high heat. Add onion, pepper, garlic and italian seasoning. Saute 5 minutes or until tender. Add spinach, broth, beans, water, tomatoes and artichokes.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Add tortellini and cook until thoroughly heated.
