Burger Bowls with Special Sauce
It is grilling season and if you know me you know I have a LOVE for burgers & fries. But what I do not love is the mess they make when they are loaded with toppings. That is why these bowls are amazing, you get the the flavor of a burger but with unlimited toppings and no mess!
Ingredients
- 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 russet potatoes, cut into fries
- ¼ cup pickles
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 1 container cherry tomatoes
Special Sauce
- ½ cup avocado mayo
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp dill pickle relish
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 capful white vinegar
Instructions
French Fries
- Cut russet potatoes into fries. Season with olive oil, salt & pepper. Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 375. When the air fryer goes off, shake up the fries and cook for another 10 minutes at 400.
Beef
- Add oil to a large stovetop pan and heat to medium. Add ground beef to pan, use a spatula to break it up, add all of the seasoning. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until beef is brown and fully cooked.
Sauce
- Add all of the sauce ingredients to a bowl and combine well. Set aside.
Bowls
- Once everything is done, assemble the bowls. Start with a layer of butter lettuce, add in French fries, then ground beef, followed by pickles and tomatoes.
