Burger Bowls with Special Sauce

It is grilling season and if you know me you know I have a LOVE for burgers & fries. But what I do not love is the mess they make when they are loaded with toppings. That is why these bowls are amazing, you get the the flavor of a burger but with unlimited toppings and no mess!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 russet potatoes, cut into fries
  • ¼ cup pickles
  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • 1 container cherry tomatoes

Special Sauce

  • ½ cup avocado mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 capful white vinegar

Instructions

French Fries

  • Cut russet potatoes into fries. Season with olive oil, salt & pepper. Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 375. When the air fryer goes off, shake up the fries and cook for another 10 minutes at 400.

Beef

  • Add oil to a large stovetop pan and heat to medium. Add ground beef to pan, use a spatula to break it up, add all of the seasoning. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until beef is brown and fully cooked.

Sauce

  • Add all of the sauce ingredients to a bowl and combine well. Set aside.

Bowls

  • Once everything is done, assemble the bowls. Start with a layer of butter lettuce, add in French fries, then ground beef, followed by pickles and tomatoes.
  • Drizzle sauce over everything and enjoy!
