  • Apple. 1/2 large red apple, decored and chopped. I used an envy apple but gala, honeycrisp, etc will be good too.
  • Celery. 4 celery stalks, chopped.
  • Red onion. 1/2 red onion, chopped. You can sub with yellow or white onions.
  • Green onions. 2 green onions, chopped. Can use chives.
