“Cheesy” Roasted Broccoli

I challenge any veggie haters to not devour these crispy, "cheesy" roasted broccoli florets! They are made dairy free by using nutritional yeast and packed with nutrients.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt , to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425. In a large bowl toss broccoli with olive oil, nutritional yeast, almond flour, and salt. Make sure it is evenly coated.
  • Spread broccoli over a baking sheet. Once the oven is preheated, bake for about 25-30 minutes. I like mine crispy.
  • Enjoy!
