PB & J Overnight Oats

These PB & J overnight oats are an easy and delicious twist on everyones childhood classic! It's loaded with peanut butter, homemade mixed berry jam, and creamy oats. They are packed with protein and fiber to keep our blood sugar balanced and has absolutely no added sugar.

Ingredients
 

  • 1/3-1/2 cup organic rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp single ingredient peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3/4-1 cup nut milk, look for one with no more than 3 ingredients
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein, I love BeWellByKelly
  • homemade blueberry chia jam, recipe linked in post

Instructions
 

Overnight oats

  • Add oats to jar followed by chia seeds, hemp seeds, peanut butter and protein powder, add milk last. Stir it all together and put in the refrigerator overnight!
  • Before eating, swirl chia jam into the oats. Top with another spoonful and drizzle with peanut butter. Enjoy!
