This caramelized fig toast with @Lifewaykefir farmers cheese is the perfect way to use up those seasonal figs! The farmers cheese is so creamy and packed with protein, the caramelized figs and honey add the perfect amount of sweetness and the flakey salt truly rounds it all out.
Caramelize the figs. Heat 3 tbsp of butter in a skillet over a medium low heat. Once butter is melted, add figs. Cooking for about 2-3 minutes on one side then flipping and do the same on the other side.
Assemble the fig and cheese toast. Add farmers cheese to the toast then top with caramelized figs, honey, and flakey salt. Enjoy!
Notes
Make sure you add enough butter to the skillet, cook slowly add a low temperature for the perfect caramelized figs.

For the best toast, serve right away. The figs and toast should still be warm.
