2tbspkefir, My favorite is Lifeway organic grassfed
½cuplifeway kefir farmers cheese, sub cottage cheese
2smallbananas
1tbspmaple syrup
¼tspvanilla extract
⅓cupgranola of choice, blended up to a fine consistency
Instructions
Make the pudding layer. Add farmers cheese, kefir, maple syrup, banana, and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth.
Make the parfaits. In a glass jar, add layer of granola, followed by sliced banana then pudding. Keep doing this until you reach the top. Mine had about 3 layers.
Enjoy! Enjoy your healthy banana parfait! Top with some cinnamon if you'd like.
Notes
If you'd like a thicker pudding, reduce amount of kefir. If you'd like it to be a little thinner, add more kefir to get desired consistency.
Enjoy right away! The pudding is best slightly cold so make sure you get the kefir and cheese directly from the fridge when making this healthy banana pudding.
This can easily be prepped the night before to make a grab & go breakfast. Store in an airtight glass jar with a lid.
