This sheet pan dinner is one for the books. The honey mustard sauce helps to keep the chicken juicy and adds incredible flavor - no dry or bland chicken here! It is also easy to make and is ready in under 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 F. Mix together sauce ingredients and set aside. Toss the potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread on a greased baking sheet.
Season chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Brush liberally with honey mustard sauce and add to baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes.
While the potatoes and chicken baked, season green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add to baking sheet then place back in the oven and set the timer for 10-15 more minutes.
Remove from oven. Serve and top with extra sauce if desired.
