1cupmixed berries , I did 1/2 cup frozen blueberries & 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
¼cupwater
2tspchia seeds
Instructions
Add berries and water to saucepan. Bring to a bowl over medium heat and boil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Use utensil to burst most of the berries.
Add in chia seeds. Continuing boiling while stirring almost constantly until mixture looks thick and jam like, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
When cool enough, serve or place in an airtight glass container and refrigerate. Stir for up to 2 weeks.
