No Sugar Added Mixed Berry Chia Jam

This 3 ingredient homemade jam is sugar free, naturally thickened by chia seeds and tastes way better than store bought!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup mixed berries , I did 1/2 cup frozen blueberries & 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add berries and water to saucepan. Bring to a bowl over medium heat and boil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Use utensil to burst most of the berries.
  • Add in chia seeds. Continuing boiling while stirring almost constantly until mixture looks thick and jam like, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • When cool enough, serve or place in an airtight glass container and refrigerate. Stir for up to 2 weeks.
