Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

This orange creamsicle smoothie tastes just like the summer treat we all loved growing up. It's packed with probiotics, some hidden veggies, tons of minerals and is naturally sweetened making it an incredible way to start your day.

Ingredients

organic kefir
▢
⅔
cup
fresh squeezed orange juice
▢
¼
cup
coconut water
▢
1
frozen banana
▢
1
cup
frozen cauliflower
▢
1
tsp
vanilla extract
▢
dash
mineral salt
▢
scoop
collagen
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Adjust for desired flavor and consistency. Enjoy!
Notes
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add more frozen cauliflower or ice.
If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add more kefir or coconut water.
I love adding collagen for a boost of protein.
If you use milk instead of kefir then your smoothie will be thinner. You can add a scoop of yogurt to thicken things up and add a creamy factor.
Frozen banana and cauliflower add thickness to the smooth without having to add a bunch of ice.
