Ingredients & Substitutions
- Organic kefir. Lifeway organic kefir adds creaminess and tons of probiotics to the orange creamsicle smoothie. Sub full fat milk or coconut milk.
- Orange juice. This gives the orange flavor. Be sure to use 100% orange juice, preferably fresh squeezed. You can add more orange juice to boost the orange flavor.
- Coconut water. This adds tons of hydrating minerals to the smoothie. Sub with extra kefir or milk.
- Banana. A whole frozen banana is used to sweeten this and add some thickness to the smoothie.
- Frozen cauliflower. This helps make the smoothie creamy and adds some hidden veggies.
- Mineral salt. Mineral salt adds minerals to support your adrenals and boost hydration.
- Vanilla extract. 1 tsp of vanilla extract adds to the orange creamsicle flavor.

You can’t taste the cauliflower at all, the flavor is masked by all the other flavors in the smoothie. All the cauliflower does is add incredible creaminess.
This isn’t dairy free but it can easily be made dairy free by subbing kefir with full fat coconut milk.
