Homemade Chicken Nuggets & Fries

Homemade Paleo Chicken Nuggets
I was craving chicken nuggets and fries the other day and instead of trying to eat something else “healthier†and ignoring my cravings I made some nuggets and fries!
Ingredients
- 1-1.5 lb chicken breasts
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Equipment
- air fryer
Instructions
- Cut up chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
- In a small bowl whisk eggs. In a separate bowl mix bread crumbs and seasoning. Dip chicken into egg mixture then into almond flour mixture.
- Put in air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Dip dip dip. My fav things to dip them in are either ketchup or honey mustard.
