Homemade Paleo Chicken Nuggets

I was craving chicken nuggets and fries the other day and instead of trying to eat something else “healthier” and ignoring my cravings I made some nuggets and fries!

Ingredients
 

  • 1-1.5 lb chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • air fryer

Instructions
 

  • Cut up chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
  • In a small bowl whisk eggs. In a separate bowl mix bread crumbs and seasoning. Dip chicken into egg mixture then into almond flour mixture.
  • Put in air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Dip dip dip. My fav things to dip them in are either ketchup or honey mustard.
