Honey Mustard Chicken Sheet Pan
Why I love this dish
This is one of my favorite meals on a busy weeknight. It’s quick, easy and all you need is one pan. Plus you really can’t go wrong with a honey mustard sauce. The sauce makes the chicken SO juicy and flavorful. Plus it’s makes a perfect, balanced meal paired with potatoes and green beans.

Honey Mustard Chicken Sheet Pan
This sheet pan dinner is one for the books. The honey mustard sauce helps to keep the chicken juicy and adds incredible flavor - no dry or bland chicken here! It is also easy to make and is ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 thighs, sliced in half, horizontally
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed, if needed
- 2 lbs potatoes, cut evenly
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 2 ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Honey Mustard Sauce
- ⅓ cup honey
- 3 tbsp yellow mustard
- 3 tbsp stone ground or dijon mustard
- 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F. Mix together sauce ingredients and set aside. Toss the potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread on a greased baking sheet.
- Season chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Brush liberally with honey mustard sauce and add to baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes.
- While the potatoes and chicken baked, season green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add to baking sheet then place back in the oven and set the timer for 10-15 more minutes.
- Remove from oven. Serve and top with extra sauce if desired.
