  • Tuna. You need a can of albacore tuna, drained and broken up.
  • Celery. 1 large spear of celery, chopped.
  • Red onion. 1/4 red onion, chopped. You can sub with white or yellow onion.
  • Jalapeno. Jalapeno is what gives this spicy tuna salad the heat! Optional to add jalapeno juice from a can of pickled jalapenos.
  • Dijon mustard. Dijon mustard gives this a little bit of a tang.
  • Mayo. You need 1/4 cup of avocado based mayo. You can sub with normal mayo or greek yogurt.
  • Salt & pepper. Salt and pepper is used to taste.
