  • Lemon zest. 1/2 tsp of lemon zest adds a little extra zesty flavor to these oats. You can also add in a splash of fresh lemon juice to up the lemony flavor.
  • Poppyseeds. Poppyseeds are a must in this lemon poppyseed overnight oat recipe. They add a necessary flavor.
  • Chia seeds. These are used to help thicken the oats. You can also throw in 1 tbsp of hemp seeds for some added protein.
